Since January 2023 the Galileo High Accuracy Service (HAS) is available to registered users. HAS provides clock and orbit corrections, as well as code biases for Galileo and GPS constellations. These corrections are transmitted in the Galileo E6 signal or provided via the Internet stream. The official HAS Service Definition Document indicates that the positioning accuracy is better than 25 cm and better than 30 cm for horizontal and vertical components, respectively. In this study we evaluated the performance of Galileo HAS in terms of the accuracy of the real-time Precise Point Positioning (PPP) using the undifferenced and uncombined model. The processing was performed in the in-house developed GNSS-WARP software with the Internet HAS corrections saved in the ASCII files by the BKG Ntrip Client software. We performed the calculation for selected GNSS stations in the service operation area.We checked both static and kinematic performance in terms of convergence time and position repeatability. Results are compared against real-time PPP based on well-established real-time corrections provided by the Centre National D'études Spatiales (CNES). Additionally, we check the accuracy of the real-time troposphere delay estimation against the EUREF final products. We noticed, that real-time positioning accuracy obtained with HAS is better than declared by ESA, but not as good as with CNES products. Moreover, HAS allows to provide reliable real-time troposphere delays.
