 Abstract: Visuals like graphs, tables, and charts are frequently used by scientists as a way to communicate their findings or to make them more accessible to the general public. Some information or scientific ideas, however, are complex and challenging to understand. In contrast, art speaks to everyone. Collaborations between science and the arts are becoming more and more crucial in developing fresh strategies for promoting Earth science.Here we present a current interactive immersive science-art work, concentrating on the deep marine realm where people cannot hear or see. In order to investigate how the deep sea is evolving as well as how mankind is hearing and comprehending the environment that supports us, our work breaks through the background noise of the ocean. The auralization and visualization of submarine seismic data have been the focus of our team's (Deep Sea Light, DSL) effort, and it provides a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the dynamic world of deep oceans. We have effectively detected the activities of earthquakes, volcano eruptions, and even fin whale sounds using seismic stations. We further employ the Audio Spectrum and the Touch Designer to visualize vast soundscapes in 3D perspective and physically convey various settings to the audience via artistic interactive devices. Our effort helps to reveal the ambient deep-sea world and demonstrate how people should listen to and comprehend it via the lens of the ocean soundscape.
