Abstract: The European Plate Observing System (EPOS) is a large and complex European e-infrastructure that provides access to a set of datasets and services for Solid Earth research. The EPOS-GNSS Data Gateway (https://gnssdata-epos.oca.eu/) provides access to GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite Systems) RINEX data from a distributed infrastructure of ten data nodes. As a part of the contribution to EPOS-GNSS service, the Royal Observatory of Belgium (ROB) is developing a new web portal (https://gnssquality-epos.oma.be) to monitor the data availability and quality of GNSS data that are stored in ten distributed data nodes. This web portal presents the tracking performance of more than 1300+ EPOS-GNSS stations. Several GNSS data quality indicators (DQIs), such as the number of observed versus expected observations, the number of missing epochs, the number of observed satellites, the maximum number of observations, the number of cycle slips, the Standard Point Positioning (SPP) results, and the multipath values on code observations are monitored, and their plots are available online. This unique set of data quality provides helpful information for users to assess the EPOS-GNSS station’s availability and performance to be used to detect potential degradation of the quality of GNSS observations. Here we will present the current development of the web portal, the considered data quality indicators, and its usage for GNSS data analysis in geophysical applications.
