Zusammenfassung
CODE (Orbit Determination in Europe) and all the other IGS (International GNSS Service) analysis centers have changed their GNSS satellite product datum from IGS14 to IGS20 since 27 November 2022. Previously, CODE IGS14 final GNSS satellite products consist of only GPS and GLONASS constellations, while Galileo satellite products are only available as rapid and MGEX (Multi-GNSS Experiment) solutions. The new CODE IGS20 final GNSS satellite products include also Galileo constellation for PPP-AR (Precise Point Positioning with Ambiguity Resolution) applications. As part of the Copernicus Precise Orbit Determination (CPOD) Quality Working Group (QWG), we compute precise Sentinel satellite orbits continuously. Sentinel-6A, the spacecraft equipped with GPS and Galileo receivers, is used to assess the precision of satellite orbits determined by using CODE IGS14 final GPS products, CODE IGS14 rapid GPS/Galileo products and CODE IGS20 final GPS/Galileo satellite products. The CODE final GNSS satellite clock products own a sampling of 5 sec, allowing for a processing data sampling of 10 sec (or less) for Sentinel-6A. So, we also assess the performance of different data sampling. Ambiguity fixing rates, orbit day boundary discontinuity (DBD), orbit differences compared to the combined Sentinel-6A satellite orbits, and Satellite Laser Ranging (SLR) residuals are evaluated for different solutions.
